Welcome to the Postdoc Paper Talks of the Cluster of Excellence Mathematics Münster. In this series of talks, postdocs from the Cluster of Excellence talk about their research. We would like to give an insight into the research of our more than 150 early career scientists.
In this conversation from November 2024, we will learn about the research of Dr. Ksenia Fedosova. Ksenia completed her doctorate at the University of Bonn, then worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Chalmers University of Technology and the University of Freiburg, studying the field of global analysis and spectral geometry. Since 2023, Ksenia has been a postdoc with us at Mathematics Münster in the research group of Prof. Ursula Ludwig.
Prof. Christopher Deninger, professor of mathematics at the University of Münster, talks with Ksenia about her paper recently published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

In this conversation we will learn about the research of Dr. Markus Tempelmayr. Markus studied Applied Mathematics at the TU Vienna, then did his doctorate at International Max Planck Research School, Leipzig and since 2023 has been working as a postdoc in Prof. Hendrik Weber’s workgroup for Stochastic Analysis in Münster.
Markus is talking with Christopher Deninger, professor of mathematics, at the University of Münster, about his paper published 2024 in Inventiones mathematicae.
