Diversity, gender equality and anti-discrimination are cross-sectional issues that are highly relevant to personnel development for all member groups. You will find a wide range of workshops on the University of Münster’s professional training portal that shed light on diversity from different angles. Our seminars and workshops offer participants the chance to exchange ideas on various topics and learn more about issues pertaining to diversity, gender equality and discrimination.

  • Diversity Day 2024 – “Knowledge.Life.Diversity.”

    As a signatory to the Diversity Charter, the University of Münster is once again participating in Germany’s nationwide “Diversity Day” this year. Based on the motto “Knowledge.Life.Diversity”, the University aims to direct attention to the topic of equal opportunity and diversity this year, with particular emphasis on “neurodiversity”. This year’s Diversity Day will also provide an occasion for the Rectorate to present its first-ever Diversity Award.

    The Diversity Day is jointly organised by the Vice-Rectorate for Academic Career Development and Diversity and the Diversity Coordination Office.
