The Artist

Nikolaus Urban first studied politics and media science in Newcastle/UK. After working at the universities of Bielefeld and Münster, he almost slipped into the teaching profession. He reconsidered just in time and changed to the MSD Münster School of Design. There he studied communication design with a focus on editorial design and photography. In 2017 he completed his design studies with the work "Neunzig prozent". The work was nominated for the Graduate Award of the FH Design.

Since 2015 he has worked as a freelance designer and photographer
