Test your procrastination behavior!
Immediately after completing the questionnaires in our anonymous German self-test, you will receive individual feedback and, if necessary, recommendations on your procrastination behavior. This allows you to check whether it is still normal procrastination or already procrastination worthy of treatment. As procrastination can be linked to other mental health problems, the self-test also includes questionnaires on depression and ADHD, on which you will also receive feedback.
