Test your procrastination behavior!
Using our anonymous German self-test for procrastination, you will receive individual feedback and recommendations on your procrastination behavior immediately after completing the questionnaires. This allows you to check whether it is still normal procrastination behavior or whether it is already procrastination that requires treatment. As procrastination can be linked to other mental health problems, the self-test also includes questionnaires on depression, ADHD, media and substance use, on which you will also receive feedback.
