Timo Lenk completed his doctorate at the Chair of Communication Studies with a Focus on Organisational Communication at the Department of Political Science & Communication Studies at University of Greifswald, where he also taught in the Master program Organizational Communication. In his doctoral thesis, he dealt with the role of organizations and their communication in the context of (social) conflicts of interest and contradictory expectations. Since March 2024, he is working at the Institute of Journalism at TU Dortmund University in a European research project on strategic information manipulation. His fields of research and teaching include framing, strategic narratives, and interdisciplinary approaches to organizational communication. He studied his B. A. (Communication Science) and M. A. (Strategic Communication) both at WWU Münster.
