New ERASMUS partnership between the IfK and the University of Stavanger in Norway

The IfK Münster has recently entered into a new partnership with the University of Stavanger. Stavanger is the fourth largest city in Norway and is located in the south-west of the country. From the coming winter semester 2024/25, IfK Bachelor's and Master's students will have the opportunity to study there for a semester as part of the ERASMUS programme.

Every academic year (winter and summer semester), a total of four students (BA or MA) from Münster can study in Stavanger. At the same time, four students from Stavanger also have the opportunity to visit the IfK for a semester abroad. The places are available for both Bachelor's and Master's students. In addition to the existing partnerships with the University of Bergen and OsloMet, the University of Stavanger is now the IfK's third partner university in Norway.

New ERASMUS partnership between the IfK and Oslo Metropolitan University in Norway

The Department of Communication (IfK) has recently entered into a new partnership with Oslo Metropolitan University (OsloMet). From the winter semester 2024/25, IfK Master's students will have the opportunity to study in the Norwegian capital for a semester as part of the ERASMUS programme.

Two students from Münster can come to Oslo each year, and in return two Norwegian students can spend a semester here in Germany. The places are primarily available for Master's students. If there are not enough applications, Bachelor students can also take part in the exchange in the winter semester in exceptional cases. In addition to the existing cooperation with the University of Bergen, OsloMet is now the IfK's second partner university in Norway.
