The IfK wishes all employees and students happy holidays and a happy new year 2025!

(20.12.2024) All IfK facilities will close on Friday, 20.12.2024 at 12:00 noon and will remain closed until 05.01.2025 inclusive. The entire building E will be closed from 23/12/2024, 16:00, up to and including 05/01/2025.

Here are the opening hours of the central contact points at the IfK

IfK secretariat for student affairs (Ms Schierenberg): The secretariat will be open again from 6 January 2025.

Service office (Dr Völlmicke): The service office will be open again from 07/01/2025.

Business office (Mr Höwelhans): The business office will be open again from 06/01/2025. From 02 - 03.01.2025 you can reach Mr Höwelhans by e-mail in the home office.

Library: The BEK library will only be open until 4 pm on 20 December 2024 and will be closed from 21 December 2024 to 4 January 2025. From 06.01.2025 it will be open again at the usual times. (9:00-20:00, Saturdays from 10:00-16:00).

Competence Centre Media Practice: The competence centre will be open again from 07.01.2025.
