Launch of journal "Model Theory"

Recently, the new journal "Model Theory" was launched. It is published by the nonprofit Mathematical Sciences Publishers (MSP). The editors-in-chief are Prof. Dr. Martin Hils from Mathematics Münster and Prof. Rahim Moosa (University of Waterloo).

"Our subject has evolved a great deal in recent decades, achieving a level of maturity deserving a mouthpiece of its own," says Martin Hils. The new journal is a place for mathematicians engaged in the shared perspectives and concerns of model theory to communicate ideas.

"Model Theory" welcomes submissions of original work in pure and applied model theory, as well as in other areas with which there is significant and current interaction. It publishes papers of very high quality aimed at a broad model-theoretic readership. It is now welcoming submissions at https://msp.org/mt.
