The Research Laboratory
The research laboratory is equipped with 16 workstations and provides students and employees of the IfK with the necessary infrastructure for collecting and analysing data. During office hours, the student assistant provides advice on carrying out and analysing research projects and using the available software.
The room can be used during office hours or by appointment for content analysis, online surveys, telephone interviews or workshops. Partition walls are available to ensure undisturbed working. Exclusive appointments for experiments or group discussions can also be booked by email.
Recording equipment and cameras for recording interviews as well as foot pedals for transcribing audio files can only be borrowed during the studio's office hours. The studio's student assistant also provide advice and help with technical questions.

Recording of television programmes
It is possible to record television programmes in HD quality for teaching and research purposes using a digital recorder. Please send your request in good time in advance by e-mail to the responsible student assistant.
