University of Münster welcomes international students
International Office informs about studying and living in Münster at the ‘Welcome Week’
The University of Münster welcomed 154 new exchange students for the 2025 summer semester. At the event, the International Office informed the students from the numerous partner universities about the university and life in the city. Over the next few days, further events will be organised to help students get to know each other and familiarise themselves with the surroundings, including a city rally, a welcome party, a visit to a Uni Baskets Münster game, a pub tour and an excursion to Burg Hülshoff, the birthplace of the poet Annette von Droste-Hülshoff. As part of the ‘Buddy Programme’, over 120 students from higher semesters have signed up to help and advise the new international students in the first few weeks.
