Travel Awards for participating in scientific conferences

In order to support junior scientists in presenting their work to the scientific community and in networking, “Cells in Motion” supports active participation in scientific conferences both in Germany and abroad. If needed, applicants can request additional family support. Doctoral researchers, postdocs and junior group leaders who are working in a “Cells in Motion” lab are eligible to apply.

  • Application

    The Research and Careers Committee will decide about the submitted applications on a regular basis, for which the deadlines for submission usually are 28 February, 31 May, 31 August and 30 November. The selection process usually takes 4 weeks. Therefore CiM can only consider applications for which the planned conference will take place at the earliest 4 weeks after the respective application deadline!
