Alexander Eiting is a doctoral student at the Chair of Service Management at TU Braunschweig. In addition to methodological issues, his research focuses in particular on online marketing and consumer privacy as well as customer relationship management. He also works in these areas as a digital strategy consultant and data analyst at FELD M GmbH. Eiting studied Business Administration at the University of Münster, specializing in marketing and distribution & retail.
