Around 400 guests are expected at the Annual Meeting of the German Pharmaceutical Society from 24 to 26 September
The 2024 Annual Meeting of the German Pharmaceutical Society (DPhG) will take place at the University of Münster: Around 400 guests from science and pharmaceutical practice will meet from 24 to 26 September in the lecture theatre building and the castle. The conference is entitled ‘Pharmaceutical Sciences: Emerging Technologies for Healthy Individuals’. Under this motto, the DPhG would like to reflect the breadth of the pharmaceutical sciences and emphasise the importance of each individual discipline for the care of patients. Prof. Dr Martina Düfer (Institute of Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry) and Prof. Dr Klaus Langer (Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmacy) are leading the organising team and chairing the conference. According to them, the conference is of central importance for the exchange of information on current topics in pharmaceutical research. To mark the conference, the German Pharmaceutical Society and the Westphalia-Lippe Chamber of Pharmacists are inviting the public to a symposium in the Schlossaula on 23 September from 3 pm. In five presentations, members of the public can find out about health topics and discuss them with experts from universities and practice.
