Here you will find some forms that you need to apply for user groups, memberships in user groups or network access for computers. Further forms can be found on the CIT website.

IT user regulations
The IT user regulations of the University of Münster. By signing one of the following applications, the applicant undertakes to comply with them.

• Access of a computer to the LAN
  This application must be completed if a computer is to be newly connected to the University of Münster's LAN or is moving. We usually take on this task for new purchases. The easiest way to inform us of the relocation/conversion of computers from our support area is by e-mail. We will then take care of the forwarding.
  Please note the explanations when completing the application.
• Setting up a project group (application ‘G’)
  This application (form G) is recommended for larger chairs or for seminars or institutes in which various working groups are accommodated. This application only needs to be submitted once per project and can be submitted by the working group.
• Application for an initial identification for external/guests (application ‘K’)
  The application ‘K’ is used to create an initial identifier for external persons or guests of the University of Münster. If you are a guest of one of the institutes supervised by IVV1, select ‘u0v1gast’ as the group.
• Applying for a user account and other applications

• Appointment of a technical officer for networked systems
  Application for the appointment of a technical officer for networked systems.
