Refund Request

You can use this web form to request a refund of the Preparatory German course fee or overpayments or double payments of the semester fee.

The Preparatory German course fee will be refunded after the succesful completion in your second semester as an ordinary student at University of Münster.

Overpayments or double payments of the semester fee can be refunded until the start of the new re-registration period. After that, they will be automatically offset against the new semester fee.
