CORPORATE DESIGN TEMPLATES

Here you can download various templates in the University of Münster design. They may be used in the context of studies and university projects.

You can customize all templates individually, for example by changing the colors of the lines and areas or loading your own photos into the slides. Instructions for use are included with the templates.

In addition to your own photos, you can use images from databases. Image portals with free or cheap photos/graphics are, for example, unsplash.com or canva.com. Please note the usage rights on the portals and always state the copyright when using photos/graphics.

  • PowerPoint

    The template design can only be customized using the slide master. If if you wish to make changes to your text, the slide master must not be open. Delete unnecessary slides from the master. This reduces the size of the file.

    If you want to print your PowerPoint slides, please save them first as a PDF on your computer via "File -> Save as" and then print the PDF. Reason: If you print the slides directly from the file, there may be errors in the printout.

  • Posters

    You can use these poster templates to advertise concerts, lecture series or yourself as an institution or university group. The posters are designed in DIN A0 size, but can also be printed smaller. Instructions on how to use the posters can be found in the respective template file.

    We offer additional templates for scientific posters. These have a more neutral design and offer as much space as possible for content.

    ATTENTION:

    • You can only alter the design of your templates using the slide master. The slide master must not be open if you wish to make changes to your text.
    • If you want to print your PowerPoint slides, please save them first as a PDF on your computer via "File -> Save as" and then print the PDF. Reason: If you print the slides directly from the file, there may be errors in the printout.

  • Scientific posters

    Unlike the templates for event posters, the scientific posters have a more neutral design, leaving as much space as possible for content/research results. The text boxes can be deleted, for example. The posters are designed in DIN A0, but can also be printed smaller.

    The printing of posters in DIN A0 is possible via the IT portal of the University of Münster (see “Services, Workplace”).

    IMPORTANT:

  • Title pages

    The templates for title pages are available in DIN A4 format, but can also be printed in DIN A5. The templates come with instructions on how to customize them.

    Because title pages can only be created as individual documents in Word, the download folders below contain a PDF overview of the designs. The bookmark overview on the left-hand side of the PDF contains the names of the respective Word templates so that you can find your desired design by name.

  • Flyers

    We offer a 6- and an 8-page PowerPoint template in DIN long format. To customize the design, please open the file master.

  • Covers

    Here you will find a cover for larger print products (e.g. theses, dissertations, reports, assessments). The template is designed for our internal print shop. Please contact UniPrint if you would like to print the cover.

  • Greeting and invitation cards

    Below you will find downloadable templates for two-sided and four-sided greeting and invitation cards. The cards are designed as one-offs with crop marks. You can print the template yourself or have it printed by UniPrint.
