WELCOME TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MÜNSTER!
(UPDATE 30 September 2024)
A week of orientation events (called “O-Woche”) is offered to new students before lectures begin at the start of every winter semester. During this week, students are introduced to a broad range of information and the advisory services offered by the academic programme advisors at the Department of Psychology. The departmental student body will be hosting further events to help first-time students become acquainted with one another and gain general orientation. This year's orientation week will take place between 7 and 11 October, and lectures will officially begin on 14 October.
No other introductory or welcome events are scheduled prior to these dates in the Psychology Department. Furthermore, there are no introductory courses offered to psychology students, and registration for first-semester courses takes place during orientation week.
