Research at the Department of Psychology

Research in the field of psychology at the University of Münster is characterized by its broad profile of research topics with a wide variety of  focus areas. In the basic foundation courses, as well as in the subjects dedicated to applied-practice, it is not unusual to have several work units covering different topics with their active fieldwork. In addition, many of the working group have their own research laboratories for conducting psychological and neuroscientific research and experiments in areas such as visual perception, social interaction or psycholinguistics (to name a few).
