TreeDyn is a tool that uses annotations and dynamic graphical methods to edit and analyze multiple trees. TreeDyn associates unique leaf labels with lists of variable/value pairs of annotations (meta-information), independent of the tree topologies, while remaining fully compatible with the basic Newick format.
