     You can use SeaView via the terminal server nwzCitrix.
     
  2. DFS
     You can open SeaView on every computer of IVV Naturwissenschaften from the start menu and the biology folder.

  To install software, please contact your IT administrator.

SeaView is a graphical editor for multiple sequence alignment. SeaView can read and write various alignment formats (NEXUS, MSF, CLUSTAL, FASTA, PHYLIP, MASE). It allows manual editing of the alignment and also running DOT-PLOT or MSA programs to improve the alignment locally.
