     You can use Fortran IDE via the terminal server nwzCitrix.
     
  2. DFS
     On every PC of IVV Naturwissenschaften you can start Fortran IDE from the start menu.
     

Fortran is a programming language used especially for numerical calculations in science, engineering and research. For scientific and numerical calculations there are extensive libraries in Fortran, which are still widely used, even if an increasing amount of functionality has now been ported to C and C++. Fortran was and is intended and optimized for numerical calculations.
