AutoCAD is a CAD software that architects, engineers and construction professionals use to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings. It serves as a graphical drawing editor. AutoCAD is basically a vector-oriented drawing program built on simple objects such as lines, polylines, circles, arcs and texts, which in turn form the basis for more complicated 3D objects. Electrical adds electrical design functions for creating, editing and documenting electrical control systems.
