1st semester: Work Shadowing 1
Possible context
A comparable practical phase or activity in the context of a music school (public or private).
Content to be presented
Students
- learn about different types of teaching, forms of teaching, teaching structures and teaching offers of a German music school,
- structures and working conditions of music schools,
- the cultural and organizational anchoring of music schools (cooperation, integration into municipal structures, event management),
- the importance of music schools for the respective municipal cultural landscape.

- conduct classroom observations of at least three offerings/focuses of varying levels, target groups, and character.

- Examination: Guideline-based reflection report
