The remote control function allows you to either take control of another participant's screen in a meeting or to allow another participant to control your screen.
After you have started a meeting, you can share your screen by using the "Share screen" option in the bottom menu bar.
Here you now have the possibility to share your entire screen (1), a whiteboard (2), an iPhone/iPad (3), or an open application (4). Select the desired option. If needed, activate "Share computer sound" (5).
Now click on "Remote Control" in the screen share menu and select the participant to whom you want to grant remote control rights. He/she can now control your mouse. You can interrupt remote control at any time by clicking on your screen.
To end remote control, click on "Remote control" in the screen share menu and then on "Cancel control".
If the moderator of a meeting has shared the screen with you, you can request remote control as a participant. To do this, click on "Show options" in the screen share menu and then on "Request remote control".
Confirm the request by clicking on "Request".
Your request will now be displayed to the moderator. He*she must click on "Approve" to grant you the remote control right.
