Welcome to GLISS ("Geospatial big data Lab for Interdisciplinary Science and Society")! This research lab is maintained by Gilberto Câmara as part of his activities and the CAPES-WWU Brazil Chair at the Institute for Geoinformatics at the University of Münster.

This is also the homepage of "Geoinformatics for Science and Society" course which the offered as part of the M.Sc. programme at the IFGI/WWU. This course counts for 5 credit points with 30 hours of seminars plus 30 hours of additional group work and homework.
