Transfer
The institute engages actively in the transfer of knowlege and skills between academia and society. As part of our commitment to open science principles, we make data and tools we develop freely available where possible. In addition, we collaborate with different regional, national and international stakeholders (civic actors, companies, organisations, citizens) in the context of various funded projects as well as informally. We also participate in the Stadtlabor Münster as well as in the Centre for Interdisciplinary Sustainability Research. Finally, several commercial and non-commercial startups and initiatives have orginated at ifgi. The following pages provide more information about these transfer-related activities.
