NGR - /JOIDES Resolution/
On this page, you can access the quantified concentrations of potassium (K), uranium (U), and thorium (Th) in marine sediments and rocks, collected by the RV /JOIDES Resolution/ between 2009 and 2024. These data were derived from the natural gamma radiation (NGR) spectra recorded onboard, processed through a deconvolution algorithm using a MATLAB script as detailed in De Vleeschouwer et al. (2017).
More recent Expedition data will be made available after their respective moratorium periods.
