Bielefeld Digital Academy
Since 2020, the Digital Academy has been held annually at Bielefeld University. Each year, beginners and experts can exchange ideas on a different topic and learn Digital Humanities techniques.
Digital Academy 2023 - 25 to 28 September 2023 (virtual)
This year, the motto of the Bielefeld Digital Academy is "From Uncertainty to Action: Advancing Research with Digital Data". The Academy is divided into two parts: the Open Space Day and a three-day workshop. Contributions for the workshop can be submitted until 26 June. Conferences of the Association "Digital Humanities in German-speaking Countries (DHd)"
Founded in 2013, DHd is now one of the organizers in the field of German-language Digital Humanities. Once a year there is a conference; it is worthwhile to take a look to stay up to date: current projects, methods, and professional exchange are the focus of the conference. DHd also offers a mailing list and a blog.
DHd-Conference 2024 - 26 February to 1 March 2024 in Passau, Germany
DHd2024 is the 10th edition of the conference! With talks, panels, posters and workshops, this conference again offers a deep insight into the Digital Humanities and its future. Registration opens on 4 December! More information about DHd2024 is available on the website.
Edirom Summer School
The Edirom Summer School has been held annually at the University of Paderborn since 2010. Different courses deal with conceptual as well as technical issues of digital editing. The courses are not only aimed at beginners, but also at experienced editors.

Coaching of the Center for Reflected Text Analysis
Founded in 2020, CRETA offers coaching and annual workshops. With a focus on reflected text analysis, participants can exchange ideas with experts on the use of methods and the interpretation of results. With seminars, individual consultations and a hands-on workshop, participants can gain a deeper insight into the topic and exchange ideas on research projects.
