Schlossgartenfest

The Rectorate cordially invites you, your family and friends to a summer party at the Schlossgarten!

You can look forward to a colourful programme of live music, lawn sports and free tours through the Botanical Garden for adults and children.

The Q.UNI Camp will be on hand to entertain our small guests with an afternoon of games and hands-on activities from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Later in the evening, DJ Alex will get everyone dancing in the Garden.

Registration is not required.

Due to the limited number of spaces, please sign up in advance at: https://indico.uni-muenster.de/e/botanischergarten24. Please note that the guided tours in the Botanical Garden are only offered in German.

You can also expect several food trucks with delicious savoury dishes and sweet snacks as well as a coffee bike. Many of the food and drinks can be purchased cashless. Please refrain from bringing your own food or drinks to the festival.

Drink tokens can still be exchanged after the event or donated to the University of Münster Crisis Fund. The exchange offer is valid on 1 and 2 July 2024 from 9:00-16:00 at the University of Münster Professional School gGmbH at Königsstr. 47 in Münster.

We are taking photos!

The Schlossgartenfest is going to be professionally photographed. We assume that all guests and participants consent to having photos of the event produced and published solely for PR purposes of the Rectorate of the University of Münster.

For shots focused on specific individuals, those concerned may inform the photographer that they do not wish to have their pictures taken at any time. If this is not possible before the pictures are taken, you can request to have the pictures deleted afterwards. If you have any further questions, our staff will gladly answer them on site.
