The Library for Eastern European History is part of the joint libraries in the Fürstenberghaus. It maintains an extensive and constantly growing collection of Ukrainistica as well as other holdings on the history of Eastern Europe and its sub-regions. The library currently holds more than 35,000 volumes.

Library of the Institute of Slavic Studies
The Slavic Studies Library maintains a collection of around 87,000 volumes on general and specialised areas of Slavic research. In addition to primary sources, the sections on linguistics, literary studies and history are of particular importance. The Slavic holdings are supplemented by a large number of titles on Baltic and Finno-Ugric languages.
In particular, the Institute's library has an extensive collection of Ukrainian studies: fiction by Ukrainian authors, including many contemporary works in translation, as well as works on the culture and history of Ukraine.

Library of the Ecumenical Institute
The holdings of the Department of Eastern Church Studies of the Ecumenical Institute are integrated into the joint library of the Faculty of Catholic Theology (shelf marks Ök, Östl.K & OKI) and are currently located at Scharnhorststraße 103-109. The collections can currently only be accessed by prior appointment.
The library contains extensive literature on the Eastern European churches, especially on Orthodoxy and German-influenced Protestantism in Eastern Europe. There are numerous journals from and about Eastern Europe, some of which are unique in Germany. In addition, the library holds numerous periodicals from and about the churches of the Eastern traditions, as well as source works and studies on the history, theology, liturgy and spirituality of the Eastern churches.
Library of the Institute for Jewish Studies
Following the founding of the Institute for Jewish Studies in 2015, the library began its work at the beginning of 2016. It is a specialised library that supports the Institute's academic work and its collection activities reflect the Institute's key research areas.
The library currently comprises around 3,800 volumes, 9 current journals and 3 databases.
