Administration:
- Ordering of paper in different colours and thicknesses, laminating foils, and printer supplies
- Processing of orders

Electronics Research and Repair Centre:
- Consultation, development, construction and modification of lab equipment for research and teaching
- Repairs of electronic devices such as laptops, personal computers and lab equipment
- Decision-making assistance on the purchasing, maintenance and upgrades of computers and laptops
- Instructor for apprentices in system electronics

Audio and Visual Equipment Centre:
- Consultation, purchasing and repairs of media devices (e. g. cameras, video projectors, camcorders for documentation, smart-boards, dvd-players, ...)
- Technology for conference and seminar rooms: Consultation regarding possible equipment options, the installation, repairs, maintenance, and modernisation of equipment, as well as instructions on equipment
- User briefing on the application of media technology systems (e. g. mobile and static camera systems and video labs)
- Media systems of the psychotherapy ambulance: consultation on possible equipment options, installation, repairs, maintenance, modernisation, user briefing
- Consulting, prochasing and repair of conference equipment for hybrid events
- Immediate service for technical problems in lecture halls, seminar rooms and labs
- Liaison between the psychology department and the central department of lecture hall equipment concerning problems, technical defects and technical upgrades in lecture halls
- Video editing and standard video conversion
- Compilation of documentations for media equipment systems
- Liaison between Interact support (Mangold company), IVV5 and work units
