Mobile conference system for hire

In addition to providing advice on, procuring and repairing media equipment,  the Technical Services department offers a mobile conference system for hire.

This is the "Meet Up"conference system from Logitech.

In the picture below you can see the entire mobile conference system set up. The notebook is not included in the rental. The  conference system is packed in a case for transportation.

The system can be booked with the Technical Services unit. Short-term bookings are also possible, if available.
