In our research and teaching, we focus on the "DNA" of organizations and businesses. That is, we investigate how organizations can work successfully and productively. For example, we investigate HR-management practices. We work together with exciting partners from science and practice: Especially, the cooperation with the REACH Euregio Start-up Center allows us to transfer the latest findings from our research directly to founders and practitioners.
