On this page you will find information on the opportunities we offer to work in the Department for Organisational & Business Psychology:

After graduating with a diploma or master of science certificate, you can start working as a research associate in our department. Thus you can take part in one of our research projects and realize your doctorate. If you are interested in graduating in a field where we currently don’t conduct any research projects, we will discuss realistic ways of mentoring beforehand. Furthermore we offer very attractive conditions for continuing your scientific career after graduating (postdoc / habilitation).

During your undergraduate studies in the field of Psychology you can already work in our department as a research intern and gain experience by working on exciting research projects. There are also interesting opportunities at our department to write your thesis for your BSc – or MSc. degree in psychology.
