Cooperation as part of a research internship

We offer interesting possibilities to collect first experiences in application-oriented projects in the setting of a research internship. Hereby you will work in a specific academic project and will experience an excerpt of the researching process, which is as broad as possible: planning of a study, creation and pretesting of research material (questionnaires, interviews, experimental simulations etc.) as well as the execution and evaluation of the study. Thus, you will gain detailed knowledge and new skills in the context of work and organizational psychology. Furthermore, you will receive a realistic insight into the research procedures. Moreover, during a research internship you can development initial ideas or even if applicable do some ground work concerning a thesis.
