RC10 (IPSA): Electronic Democracy
Norbert Kersting, professor at the Chair for Local and Regional Government, holds the acting chair of the Research Committee ‘Electronic Democracy’ (RC10), established by the International Political Science Association. The research group focuses on topics like Online Deliberation and Participation, E-Voting or Open Government. The RC10 consists of an international research network and organizes different workshops and panels during and between the IPSA-World Congresses.
