The meeting is an in-person event taking place in room SRZ 216/217 of the Seminarraumzentrum building on the mathematics campus of the University of Münster, at Einsteinstraße 62. The Seminarraumzentrum is one of the two four-story buildings with corrugated metal cladding, distinguished by its square footprint. The entrance is located at the southeast corner under the bridge that connects to the neighbouring building. From the main train station to the mathematics campus is about a 35-minute walk or 20-minute bus ride.

Talks will start on Monday morning and end around noon on Friday, and on Wednesday there will be a free afternoon. A reception is planned for Monday evening and a banquet for Wednesday evening at Mimigernaford.

Some options for lunch within walking distance from the conference venue are the Mensa (university cafeteria; cash-only for visitors; announce at the cashier that you are a guest), Ristorante Milano, Buddha Palace, Gustav Grün, ÁRO, and Krimphove bakery.

All participants are requested to fill out the registration form. If you wish to attend the banquet please indicate so on the registration form (given that there is an absolute limit on capacity, we recommend that you register early).

A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for speakers, who will receive more information by email once they have submitted their dates of stay on the registration form. Other participants are requested to book their own accommodation. Since the Christmas market tourist season will have already started in Münster, it is advisable to book accommodation as early as possible. Some options are the Factory Hotel, Hotel Jellentrup, ibis Muenster City, Nordstern Hostel, and Sleep Station Backpacker Hostel Münster.
