Instructions for oral presentations

Oral presentations, in PowerPoint 2007 or earlier format, must be on CD-ROM or USB thumb/stick/jump drives.

Note: Submit your slides for oral presentations one day before the presentation in the speakers corner of the conference office. Presentations given on Monday morning can be handed in on Sunday evening (registration booth in the University building) or on Monday morning before the conference opening.

The ISPAC 23 team will provide LCD projectors and computers.

Note: e.g. Apple users should bring suitable connectors for connection to the projector.

For each oral presentation a time slot of 20 minutes is provided. Please prepare yourself for a 15 minute presentation with 5 minutes for the discussion and change of speakers. The session chairs are instructued to stick strictly to the schedule for easy change of sessions.
