The Jahrbuch für Christliche Sozialwissenschaften is the leading theological journal on social-ethics in German speaking (Catholic) Christian Social Ethics. Its focus (thematic areas, authors) is ecumenical, interdisciplinary and international, some articles will be published in English.
As a platform of interdisciplinary dialogue on societal challenges, the Jahrbuch aims at bringing together empirical and argumentatively founded normative orientations. In doing so it intends to bring the Christian horizon critically and discursively up for discussion with other value orientations.
