Explanation of the types of the courses in specialisation modules:
- The two components Lecture 1 & Tutorial combined are usually called a Type I course.
- The remaining third component of a specialisation module is usually called a Type II course.
- Every Type I course may also be used as a Type II course. However, this is not advisable in all cases (e.g., if there is only a single recurring Type I lecture available in a specialisation module).
