Sudakov has found a connection between the first intrinsic volume of a convex compact set and the expected maximum of the isonormal Gaussian process over this set. Afterwards, Tsirelson generalized this result to all intrinsic volumes. We will discuss a conic analogue of this result. As an application, we will derive the formula for the expected angle of the Gaussian polytope.
