Registration fees

The registration fee for regular and student participants includes admission to the technical sessions, conference material, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, conference excursion, conference dinner and a ticket for public transportation in Münster.

Registration

To register for the conference please move to the registration page and select the type of registration (regular, student, accompanying person, invited speaker). Payment can be made by credit card and for participants from EU countries also by invoice. You will receive the invoice by email a few days after your registration, which will contain the confirmation of payment in the case of payment by credit card and the necessary information for the bank transfer in case of payment by invoice.

Please note: For technical reasons each registration requires a separate email address. This holds in particular if you additionally register accompanying persons.

Please note also that, even if you have set the language to English, at one step, when moving to the payment, there appears a phrase in German. Just click on the link “anfordern”, on the next page you can then continue with English. We apologize for this inconvenience.
