Plant Science Graduate Student Day (PSGSD) 2019

30th October 2019, Aula & Foyer of the Schloss (Schlossplatz 2).

The event will bring together all PhD and MSc students working in the Plant Sciences of the Faculty of Biology for exchanging of ideas and methods, networking and foster new collaborations.

The registration will be open until 30th September 2019.

The symposium will showcase the diversity of exciting, breakthrough Plant Science research at Faculty of Biology (IBBP-IEB) of the WWU, including Plant Physiology, Biochemistry, Phytopathology, Biotechnology, Cell Molecular Biology as well as Evolution and Adaptation. The program includes:

1. Short talks by Group leaders offering a global view of their research interests.
2. Talks by PhD students from the different labs offering an extended view of the ongoing research activities.
3. Student Poster Session to discuss research with your peers.
   There will be an award for the best three posters!
4. Award for the best Master Thesis in Plant Sciences of the Faculty of Biology (Oct-2018/Oct-2019)
5. Introduction into the new Special Study Programme (SSP) in the Plant Sciences.
6. Get-together with snacks and drinks.
