Regional Group Ostwestfalen-Lippe

The regional group cordially invites all Münster University alumni from Ostwestfalen-Lippe to get together to make and keep up their contacts. As well as taking part in our various events, you can meet interesting people and improve your contacts with other Münster representatives in Ostwestfalen-Lippe.

Events and activities organised by the regional group will be announced here. In addition the Alumni-Club Universität Münster will send email invitations to the meetings of the regional group to all members of the Alumni-Club who live in Ostwestfalen-Lippe.

Regional group Ostwestfalen-Lippe visited the Kunsthalle Bielefeld

On March 19, 2025, the University of Münster Alumni Club and regional group coordinator Andreas Schnieder hosted a guided tour of the exhibition “Play, Life, Illusion. Xanti Schawinsky” at the Kunsthalle Bielefeld.
Nine people took part in the informative tour of the museum, taking in the art of Xanti Schawinsky and asking questions about the museum and the artworks. For some, it was the first time they had been to the Kunsthalle Bielefeld. Afterwards, the regional group visited the neighboring Osteria restaurant for an Italian meal and a toast to the evening.
The coordinator is looking forward to further joint activities.
