MUIMUN

What is MUIMUN?

MUIMUN - the student initiative 'Münster University International Model United Nations' - is a simulation of the United Nations, but also a portal to the world of politics and decision-making. In this event, the participants (delegates) take on the role of a country and represent its interests. The aim is to find common solutions to global problems.

Every year, 100 to 300 students and scholars from Germany and all over the world come to Münster to take part in the conference, which lasts about 4 to 5 days. The main language of the event is English, but we also offer sessions in Spanish, German and French.

Who is MUIMUN?

We are a group of students who work voluntarily and organise a conference every year. Our organisation is divided into different teams: Coordination, Secretary General, Finance, PR, Logistics, Fundraising, Content, Delegates, Scholarship, Awareness and Support.
