After extracting the Zip file you see a folder containing 4 PDF files:

CBGM_Pres.pdf (This file contains the presentation.)

Contents.pdf

Index.pdf

Bibliography.pdf

These 4 files must be in the same folder.

The presentation was optimised for Adobe Reader 8 and 9.

Important! Please open Acrobat > Preferences > Documents.

The option "Open cross-document in same window" must be unticked!

Please start with CBGM_Pres.pdf

Optimal resolution and faster screen build-up may require full screen mode.

To page up or down in full screen mode use arrow keys or click the mouse.

Navigate by using the contents or index links. They will open in a new window.

Press Esc key to quit full screen mode.

Page numbers are displayed in the toolbar (not visible in full screen mode).
