PSM score histogram

Description

Calculate a score histogram from peptide/spectral matches (PSM), where score exponents are used for the histogram (an e-value of 1.3e-8 is plotted as -7.886).

Input files

• at least 1 OMSSA results file (.csv)
• optional: peptide list files (.txt)

Output files

• PSM histogram (psm-histogram.csv)

Context

Parameters

Step size

Specify the score exponent step size.

Default: 1.0

Replace I/L with J

Default: false
