Localize via spectral counts
Localize via spectral counts
Description
Localize proteins or peptides according to their spectral counts in measurements coming from two different isolations, eg. chloroplast vs. non-chloroplast. Items are localized by spectral count ratio if possible, if no ratio can be determined because there are no identifications in isolation B, the localization is determined via the spectral counts in isolation A.
Input files
- at least 1 A isolation PSM list file (.csv)
- at least 1 B isolation PSM list file (.csv)
Output files
- Localization results (localization-results.csv)
