Target group: doctoral and postdoctoral researchers. This session aims to provide a space for first-generation researchers to connect and share their unique experiences in the academic system. Topics to be discussed include adapting to the academia system, balancing research and personal life, coping with pressure and doubt, and support systems for first-generation researchers.
