Gathering and documentation of the ancient and Byzantine monuments of Cyprus
This project aims at presenting a CD-ROM which comprises all information to historic sources and monuments of Cyprus – from the Classical period to the 12th century AD. Researchers from several European countries (Germany, France, Greece, Italy, Austria, Cyprus) are involved. The director of the Cyprus-Institute, Prof. Dr. Peter Funke, is cooperation partner. The project is supervised by Prof. Dr. Evangelos Chrysos (director of the Institute for Byzantine Studies, National Hellenic Research Foundation, Athens; formerly University of Cyprus).
